Admissions
Pets can be admitted and discharged for services during normal business hours. Any other arrangements are allowed only through the authorization of the veterinarian.
Surgical patients must be dropped off by 9am.
Hospital visits
Visits are encouraged and often helpful to the well-being of the pet. However, a continual flow of people can excite all the pets in the ward. Therefore, it is necessary for you to schedule your visits with your pet.
